Karshner Elementary Fire Damage Repairs

This project was for repair and restoration due to a substantial fire that took place in July 2020. Neeley was contracted in phases that included preconstruction services, early release electrical work, roof rebuild, and GC/CM contract for balance of improvements. Full scope of work included replacing the electrical switchgear, roof repairs, replacement of all fire damaged finishes, construction specialties, casework, fire sprinkler system, plumbing, HVAC, electrical system and low voltage systems in Karshner Elementary School.
