This project involves extensive interior and exterior improvements for the South Park Community Center along with significant site redevelopment. The community center will undergo accessibility and tenant improvements, roofing, mechanical work patching, electrical panel upgrades, and boiler pump system replacement. The site redevelopment will feature a new artificial turf multi-purpose athletic field with dugouts and backstop fencing, new lighting, a multi-use court, pickleball court, new parking lot, dog off-leash area, play equipment with surfacing, a spray park with a mechanical building, expanded walkways and plaza area, a walking track around the athletic field, new pedestrian and parking lighting, storm drainage and service utility improvements, new landscaping and irrigation, and new site furnishings including picnic tables and grills.
