Our GC/CM Experience
Our experience and involvement with the GC/CM delivery method began in 2003, when Mitch Neeley was the Project Manager on a GC/CM contract at Lydig working on one of the pilot GC/CM projects for the state. This experience provided Neeley with foundational knowledge and appreciation for this type of work. While with Lydig, Mitch was also involved in other various GC/CM projects, with responsibilities including bid packaging, estimating and overall bid package management.
Before managing its own GC/CM contracts, Neeley Construction worked as a bid package subcontractor to Skanska, Korsmo, and Lydig Construction, that totaled more than $5 million of GC/CM bid package contracts. This depth of experience over the years—from the pilot to working as a subcontractor to managing the GC/CM contract with clients—gives Neeley experience from the ground up. Through our comprehensive understanding of the GC/CM process at every level, we are able to deliver a project of exceptional quality and value to our clients.
