This project successfully delivered a comprehensive interior renovation of the main Tacoma Library building, centralizing library services on Level 1 and creating modern tenant spaces on Level 2. The scope included the design and implementation of new toilet facilities, offices, meeting rooms, and break areas. Key upgrades featured the installation of state-of-the-art LED lighting and controls, along with new electrical and data locations. The HVAC system underwent strategic modifications, including the addition of a new rooftop unit, and selected exterior areas were transformed to enhance functionality and aesthetics.

Within the Carnegie building, renovations on Levels 1 and 2 focused on upgrading finishes. This included modifications to existing ceiling finishes, the installation of new carpet, and fresh paint throughout. Additionally, targeted bathroom renovations were completed to create a cohesive and modernized environment on both levels.
