Kitsap Mental Health Services

This project includes the renovation and addition to the existing single-story, 14,000 SF wood framed building. The completed project will accommodate two residential treatment facilities licensed by Washington State DSHS. The scope of work includes: replacement of the existing roof, replacement of exterior windows and associated siding, interior alterations, modifications to the building electrical, mechanical and life safety system, accessibility improvements, renovations to provide a full commercial kitchen, and miscellaneous site work.
