Alvin Neeley, the original founder of Neeley Construction passed away on April 4, 2017 at the age of 92. Al started Neeley Construction and Cabinet Company back in the 60’s. For the past 35+ years, Neeley Construction has relied on Signa to keep the office moving, providing both accounting administration and miscellaneous project support.
