Education Service Center Renovation Project

The ESC Renovation Project consists of minor tenant improvements at multiple buildings. This includes, but is not limited to: interior and exterior painting, new walls and doors, selective demolition, new finishes, selective mechanical and electrical upgrades, building demolition and related site work, minor improvements at a portable and phased construction.
