Clallam County PUD

This project consisted of three separate buildings: Administration, Engineering/Dispatch, and the Substation Shop. The Administration Building is a new two-story office 29,500 SF, steel frame and metal siding and roof. The Engineering/Dispatch office is an addition to the existing operations center, approximately 3,700 SF of new wood frame. The Substation Shop is a new building of 6,080 SF pre-engineered metal, used for shop, office, and support spaces.
